Arrow Icon     The Scottish Information Commissioner - The Scottish Information Commissioner is a public official appointed by Her Majesty The Queen on the nomination of the Scottish Parliament.  The Commissioner is responsible for enforcing and promoting Scotland's freedom of information laws.
